Chanukah Door Decor

This Chanukah, greet your visitors with a festive dreidel bouquet, right at the front door.
If you've been reading my blog for a while you've seen these paper dreidels time and time again. I've used them from everything to garlands, favor boxes, hanging in a doorway and heaped in a basket.  Click on this post on paper dreidels (and find the template, too.)
I used five different shades of blue scrapbook paper and a gold paint pen to color in the Hebrew letters. Since they are made of paper, this works best with a door protected from the rain and snow.  Command strips work well to hang this and afterwards you can remove without damaging the paint.
Tie them together with a silky ribbon and you're done!

  1. I LOVE it!!!! Getting on these asap. I might hang them like tassels on either side of the banners that I hang on my fireplace.

  2. Hi Rita. This is perfect to make for my aunt's door (she's in assisted living). Can you tell me what you used for the gold lettering? It doesn't appear to be paint...or an I wrong? Thanks for your wonderful posts!

    1. Hi Karen,
You can use either a metallic Sharpie pen or a gold paint pen. By the way, I am working on a dreidel door bouquet that is more weather resilient that I'll be selling in my Etsy shop: jewishholidayshop.
