The Purim seudah, or festive meal is unlike any other in the
Jewish year...in addition to good food and lots of alcohol, the meal is
characterized by its zany raucous atmosphere!
For our seudah, each guest is given a gold mask—the idea of wearing a costume is to symbolize the hidden miracle of the story of Purim.
Flowers and ferns in green hues add to the bright green palette. Homemade pom-pom groggers keep with the bright citrus colors.
We'll be celebrating on Sunday, so stay tuned for pics of our Purim celebration next week.
