Here's what I used to create my bark...
Place the chocolate in a double boiler just until it melts. (I used parve chocolate chips.) Pour melted chocolate onto parchment paper and smooth onto a cookie sheet. While the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle with the sliced almonds, raisins, pretzels, figs and pomegranate seeds. Let it sit at room temperature until it hardens.
Package in clear cellophane bags to give to friends or enjoy it yourself!
