I've been seeing bowls made from buttons on Pinterest and other blogs so I've decided to try my own version.
I kept things simple...no balloons as a base or free-form designs. I simply bought a clear plastic bowl at the party store and glued the buttons onto the bowl using Jewel-It glue.
The Jewel-It glue dries clear so the dried glue just blends into the clear plastic bowl.
Since the buttons are glued to the outside of the bowl, the inside remains smooth so it's perfect for holding small items.

I haven't seen any button bowls, but I haven't been on Pinterest much of late. That's a pretty little bowl! And I think I could do that. Thanks for the idea.
