Framed Decorative Paper as Art

My most recent project is staging a condo for sale. The walls have been painted neutral colors and there isn't much furniture in the rooms, so it tends to look a bit sterile and bland. Here is my solution for brightening up the space in a very inexpensive way that I've used time and time again.
These are ready-made frames inserted with scrapbook paper. I bought all four frames in a pack on sale for $12.99. (They even came with the mats.) I found the papers at my local scrapbook store for about $1.00 each.
For less than $20, I have colorful artwork to brighten up bland walls in an empty condo! Stay tuned for before and after pictures of the condo...
